Editorial Policy
This rebuild uses a documented review process: identify sources, verify business and policy claims, assign a named author and reviewer, and approve the page before publication.

Research is separate from approval
Source links and checked dates show the research trail; they record when a source was last read, not a regulator’s or insurer’s endorsement. A page is published only once it carries a named author, a named reviewer, a recorded review date and its sources. Pages that do not meet that bar stay unpublished and are excluded from search indexing.
Claims need context
Product rules, eligibility, discounts, ratings, benefit limits, and tax statements require current evidence and a review date. A carrier’s public page does not establish that Drs Choices represents that carrier or has access to a specific institution’s offer.
People and experiences must be real
An author or reviewer profile requires a verified identity and an accurate role. Testimonials require permission and verification. Drs Choices does not publish invented credentials, client experiences, awards or counts. The guides on this site are written by Navid Lalezari and reviewed for accuracy by Navid Lalezari; because both roles are held by the same person, that review is first-party rather than independent, and no professional credential, degree, license or certification is claimed for either role.
Corrections and review
Sources are read again when policy information changes or a scheduled review falls due; each published page records the date it was reviewed and the date its next review is due, and is re-reviewed before the earliest source it relies on goes stale. To report a possible error, choose the general topic on the Contact page and include the page link.
