Insurance & Shopping Disclosures
The site provides educational information and routes to a quote or advisor conversation. It does not determine your eligibility or confirm active insurance. Review the actual policy and complete the insurer’s required process before relying on coverage.

Education and personal decisions
A guide explains concepts and questions to compare. It does not establish which policy is appropriate for you, what premium you will pay or whether an insurer will approve a benefit. It does not provide an individualized insurance recommendation.
Discuss your circumstances with an appropriately licensed advisor. Obtain tax or legal advice where relevant rather than treating a general article, calculation or AI answer as a conclusion about your own situation.

A quote is a starting point
Opening a quote link is different from submitting an application, signing required documents, paying a premium or receiving confirmation that coverage is in force. Follow the specific insurer’s instructions and verify the effective date before relying on a new policy.
For Marketplace health coverage, HealthCare.gov explains that enrollment does not start coverage until the first premium is paid. Payment methods vary by insurer, and the insurer can confirm enrollment and payment. This is not a promise that every product offered through a shopping platform has an instant online payment or activation process.

What is connected on this site
Individual and family health coverage and term-life quote entry are linked to the Drs Choices public Quotit shopping pages. Whole life, physician disability and business or employer-group health coverage begin with advisor contact. A family health plan and an employer-group arrangement are different routes; select the path that matches the people and coverage you want to discuss.
The site does not attach your AI conversation, preparation brief or personal details to its quote links. Quotit and participating insurers handle information you choose to enter under their own privacy terms. The Contact page’s inquiry form sends your selected topic and contact details to the designated private business inbox after security checks and your consent. It requests a conversation; it does not submit an insurance application or start coverage.

Availability and the actual contract
Coverage options and application requirements depend on the product, insurer, state and your circumstances. A national guide or example does not mean every policy, rider, discount or program is available to every visitor. Confirm the specific product and application route with Drs Choices before proceeding.
Compare the actual policy or benefit certificate, including definitions, exclusions, limits, premium provisions and conditions. Ask for the relevant provision in writing when a benefit or guarantee matters to your decision. General website wording does not change an insurer’s contract or decide a claim.

Illustrations and calculations have limits
A life-insurance illustration can show both guaranteed and non-guaranteed values. Read those columns separately and understand the assumptions, charges and premium requirements. A projected value is not automatically a contractual guarantee.
The website’s cash-flow scenarios and planning briefs are educational tools, not insurer illustrations, policy quotes or forecasts of investment returns or benefits. Review a current insurer illustration and the policy terms when considering permanent life coverage. Ask a qualified professional to explain how a loan, withdrawal or policy change would affect your particular contract and tax situation.

Questions about the comparison and compensation
Before acting on a proposal, ask which insurers and products were considered, which were outside the comparison, who would issue the policy and who would assist with service. The presence of an insurer or research source in an educational guide does not by itself establish a Drs Choices appointment or access to that product.
Request an explanation of any advisor compensation, commissions or fees that apply to your transaction, including who pays them and whether they vary by product or insurer. Ask for the applicable written disclosures before deciding. This page does not assert a particular compensation arrangement or that every insurer in the market has been compared.

Review status and follow-up
Source dates show when research was last checked; they are not a regulator’s or insurer’s approval. Product examples should be checked again against current documents before a personal decision.
Choose a general inquiry on the Contact page to request a response about a question or possible error. Use the issuing insurer’s designated process for applications, underwriting records, payments, claims and policy-service requests. The AI chat does not carry out those actions or notify an advisor on your behalf.
