Drs Choices publishes educational guides, planning tools that run entirely in your browser, and links to external quote entry. The inquiry form sends limited contact and topic details to Drs Choices when you request a response and accept the consent. This site carries no analytics, advertising or tracking script, and keeps no lead database.

Contact and external quote entry
The Contact page provides the inquiry form, including general, accessibility and privacy topics. An inquiry is sent to a designated private business inbox; the delivery address is not displayed by the form. Your submitted email allows Drs Choices to respond. Health and term-life quote links open the Drs Choices public quote-entry pages hosted by Quotit. This site does not attach your chat, brief or personal details to those links. Quotit and participating insurers process the information you choose to enter under their own privacy terms. Keep sensitive underwriting and payment information in the provider’s supported forms.
Analytics, cookies and hosting
This site has no marketing analytics or advertising pixels. Cloud hosting providers can still process technical request information under their own policies. An authorized editorial preview can use a session cookie; ordinary visitors do not receive that editorial session.
Your inquiry and contact details
The inquiry form collects your name, email, preferred contact method, selected inquiry topic or coverage interest, and state. A phone number is required when you request a phone response; otherwise it is optional. Career stage, specialty, training institution and end year are optional. The form has no free-text message, medical-history field, document upload or payment fields. Do not enter medical records or underwriting information.
After validation, Cloudflare Turnstile and rate-limit checks, the site sends a plain-text notification through Resend to the designated private business inbox. Its delivery address is configured on the server and is not published in the form. The notification uses your submitted email as its reply address and includes the consent wording and version, receipt time and a request reference. The receiving inbox is hosted by Microsoft 365. Cloudflare, Resend and Microsoft 365 process the request or message under their own terms. The site adds no lead database or raw inquiry logging.
The inquiry requests contact about your selected topic. It is not a marketing subscription, insurance application or instruction to start coverage. The site sends no automatic visitor confirmation email or marketing campaign. Your AI chat and preparation brief are not attached to the notification.
Security checks and submission results
Cloudflare processes technical request information for hosting and security checks. The site derives abuse-limit keys from your connecting IP address and submitted email; the keys do not contain those values in readable form.
A submission confirmation means the email provider accepted the notification, not that Drs Choices has read it or that insurance is in force. If delivery is uncertain, the form pauses resubmission and asks you to wait for a response before starting another inquiry. If you already have correspondence with Drs Choices, you can reply to that message. Starting a new inquiry does not cancel or check the earlier submission. A reload or separate request can still produce a duplicate; the site does not promise duplicate-free delivery.
How long information is kept, and how to ask about it
This website stores nothing about you itself: there is no lead database, no analytics store and no server-side log of the details you submit. An inquiry becomes a plain-text email in a private business inbox hosted by Microsoft 365, and it is kept there under that provider’s terms and the business’s own mailbox practices. Because no automated retention schedule is implemented, none is stated here rather than promising a period that is not enforced.
